Mr. O’Brien is a Licensed Title Agent in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the State of New Jersey with over 20 years of experience. In his capacity as Senior Vice President and Vice President/ Operations manager in the title industry he has managed all aspects of Pennsylvania and New Jersey Title Insurance including operations, business development, settlements, settlement disbursements, processing, closing procedures, reviewing title commitments and issuing of the final title policies for commercial and residential transactions.
Mr. O’Brien attended Rider College, School of Business and holds both a Pennsylvania Title Insurance and a New Jersey Title Insurance Producer License. He is a Secure Settlements Trusted and Verified Registered Agent. Mr. O’Brien is also a Pennsylvania and New Jersey Notary Public.
